Privacy policy.

Who we are
TradieSite (tradiesite.io). Privacy questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- — Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, phone — when you email us or buy a site.
- — Business information for your website: services, photos, text you supply or approve.
- — Publicly available business information (for example, your current website or public directory listings) when we prepare a preview build or contact you about our service.
- — Payment details are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- — Basic, aggregated visitor statistics from our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To build and host your website, respond to you, take payment, and — where permitted by the Spam Act 2003 — contact businesses about our service. Every commercial email we send identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe. If you opt out, we keep your address on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: hosting and email infrastructure (Cloudflare) and payments (Stripe). Some of these providers process data outside Australia. We don't sell your data, full stop.
Access, correction & deletion
Email [email protected] and we'll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless we need to keep something, like payment records). If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
